ABOUT
Sweetbriar is a lively modern American restaurant bridging the gap between contemporary cuisine and classic favorites, harnessing live-fire cooking and the bounty of New York to create fresh seasonal dishes with impeccable, yet simple presentations. Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of Betony & Eleven Madison Park, has curated a menu featuring farm-fresh seasonal vegetables, expressing their natural essence with charcoal, wood & smoke. The menu will also have local fish & meats using the 'live-fire' method. The restaurant is open for dinner and will open for lunch very soon. .
Sweetbriar has commissioned designer Lea Cojot, previously of Rockwell Group & Soho House, to transform the dining room & bar into a fresh & intimate space using woods, zellige and leathers.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
