The ideal candidate should have in depth knowledge of French cuisine, wine and service standards. He/She must be passionate and be able to work efficiently in a high volume, team environment.
The Server is responsible for a specific station and should always be present on the floor making sure that service runs smoothly. As the main point of contact and ambassador, he/she will guide guests through their meal in a warm, accommodating, and professional demeanor. The Server must have the ability to lead their team, and control the pace and flow of all tables in their station.
The position may also include time spent behind the bar on weekends for brunch and dinner service. The candidate should be comfortable making cocktails and have general familiarity mixing spirits and liqueurs.
2+ Years fine dining experience in a similar restaurant or major city required.
