Ostia is seeking to hire a General Manager that is passionate about working in the hospitality industry and helping create a great experience for both guest and staff.  GM needs 5 years of restaurant experience, and at least 3 years of management experience.  GM must have strong knowledge of wines, food, spirits, service.  They must also have a strong base in restaurant economics.  GM must be able to create schedules, oversee inventories, work services (lunch and dinner), lead staff, run the reservations, and deal with guest.
