Job Details
We are looking for an enthusiastic breakfast attendant to provide a unique guest dining experience within the lobby of MADE Hotel. We will be re-debuting full breakfast service in the lobby of the hotel soon and need passionate people to join. Great breakfast attendants will be able to curate a morning dining experience that guests come to the property for in and of itself. Compensation is hourly plus tips. Comfortable working schedule, beautiful facility and an eagerness to create your own cocktails is encouraged!
The food will come from Debajo, our modern tapas restaurant located in the lower level of the hotel. You will have an opportunity to impact multiple spaces with your guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for coffee shop, lobby and restaurant patrons
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve breakfast, lunch and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare beverages
- Plan and present menu offerings
- Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to learn the food menu and upsell guests
- Must be available some of the days of opening, Monday-Friday (to begin)
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a server
- Great knowledge of spirits as we have a very large collection
- Coffee knowledge is a must
- Excellent knowledge of food preperation and ingredients
- Computer literacy
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep service areas organized, stocked and clean
- Ability to serve and memorize food options
- Experience with Square is beneficial but not mandatory
- Wine knowledge encouraged but not necessary
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($15.00) plus tips
