Qualities Desired:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role with calendar management
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- A 4-year degree in English or Communications preferable
- Working knowledge of fine dining restaurant industry
Overview of Responsibilities:
As Administrative Assistant, the employee will assist with an ever-changing list of administrative tasks for the Executive Team. Responsibilities include organization of meetings while coordinating multiple schedules; greeting and hosting guests of the executive team; generating research reports and compiling presentations; arranging travel (both domestic and international); facilitating communication between teams.
This position will work closely with the Executive Assistant and Executive level team at Crenn Dining Group. As the group continues to expand, support is needed to keep the teams organized and aligned. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate who is looking to grow in an administrative role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
This role can include remote work for the right individual.
