Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is Hiring 

Silver Dove Afternoon Tea is a new 24-seat restaurant specializing in English style afternoon tea service. Opening in early 2023, we are an independently owned business with actively involved operators who have years of experience in Boston bars and restaurants. We are inviting driven individuals who take pride in their work to come be part of this exciting new project. We offer:

• Operating hours: 11:00am-7:00pm Wednesday-Sunday

Server 

Servers at Silver Dove Afternoon Tea will be responsible for taking orders, making tea and espresso drinks, pouring beverages, running food and drink, and making guests feel at home. We will provide training for interested servers to produce and execute our house cocktails, but this is not a requirement.

Responsibilities include: 

• Interacting with guests according to our service standards
• Taking orders and operating the P.O.S. system
• Making tea and espresso drinks 
• Running food and beverage 
• Serving beer, wine, and cocktails
• Cash and credit card handling 
• Side work as needed 

Skills and experience: 

• Restaurant/cafe and or retail experience preferred 
• Tea, wine, and cocktail knowledge preferred

Hours: 

• Morning and evening availability required (no early mornings or late nights)
• Weekend availability required

Compensation: 

• $15/hr (+tips)
