Hey Kiddo is a new concept managed by Id Est Hospitality focused on good and fun! Located on Tennyson in the Berkeley Neighborhood our space offers three areas of service with different vibes and experiences, including a dine-in restaurant, a back bar, and a rooftop bar. Our company is dedicated to heritage grains, zero-waste initiatives, and in-house fermentation. We will offer a True American menu characterized by multicultural influences and nuances in an energetic environment with an exploratory and well-curated beverage program.
We are looking for talented support staff who are passionate about people! We are seeking individuals available for immediate hire! Prior hospitality experience is considered a plus, but not required for this role - all we require is an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented environment. We pursue team members with a dedicated work ethic and a warm, hospitable demeanor. Above all, we are looking for well-presented, positive individuals who want to be part of a fun, fast-paced work environment.

- Ability to assist in support positions, including host and back waiter
- Passionate about food, wine, and people
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- A competitive pay structure that includes hourly plus a tip share structure that includes all employees; hosts & support staff are estimated to earn an average of $24-27 per hour with this structure
