THAMES STREET OYSTER HOUSE is hiring! We are an extremely busy independent restaurant located in historic Fell's Point on the Thames Street waterfront, and are looking for a server to join our team.
We look for someone that can balance volume with extensive points of service and do so efficiently, along with providing exceptional service, knowledge, and hospitality to our guests. 3 years experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant is required, as well as an excellent work ethic, passion for superior service, outstanding food, beverage, and wine knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, manners, and professionalism. You MUST be a team player and a true PROFESSIONAL to fit in here and therefore succeed. We are an independent location and tight knit group, and require a respectful and dedicated individual who is committed to excellence to join us. We are searching for a candidate that is intelligent, focused, poised, reliable, efficient, and flexible in scheduling. We look for KIND people who understand and are committed to providing truly great hospitality while delivering excellent service. We love what we do and work very hard and expect you to as well. We have a set schedule, currently including a shift on Sunday, Monday, and one other.
