The Opportunity: 

The Four Seasons, Washington D.C. is currently looking for a creative and passionate Sous Chef to join our Bourbon Steak team.  The Sous Chef will support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in the day to day operation of the Kitchen. The Sous Chef will assist in overseeing all Kitchen operations including; training, quality controls inspection, food safety assurance and supervising all Kitchen personal in order to ensure the highest standards of food quality.

Ideal candidates will have at least four years of experience in a high volume restaurant. Ability to irregular hours, weekends, and evenings.
