Sushi Dokku and Booze Box Lounge are located in the heart of the West Loop.
We are in need of a front of the house Team Leader.
Our purpose is to create the perfect dining experience for each guest.
You will work closely with our BOH Chef Team to ensure FOH and BOH are working in harmony.
We have a strong team of dedicated service staff who need someone who can smoothly execute the day-to-day operations of the floor.
Having a strong eye for detail is important in order to maintain quality control in food, beverage, and superior customer service. We are looking for someone who can contribute in their own way and ensure our quality standards are met.
Expectations for this postiion:
**Manage FOH staff during a dinner shifts.
**Host dining area and/or lounge while monitoring staff.
**Guest checkins.
**Food and beverage quality control during your shift.
**Maintain POS system programming, staff educational documents, new hire training and testing.
**Attend weekly manager meetings.
**Oversee all liquor inventory and ordering.
