The Roberta’s Restaurant Group is looking for a Line Cook to join our team in our new Studio City location!
Roberta’s, which started in Brooklyn in 2008, helped pave the way in the New York food scene. A truly scratch kitchen that’s market driven, with wood-fired pizzas and a diverse natural wine program. Roberta’s is actively expanding its presence in Los Angeles and is seeking talented people to join the family and grow with us!
Roberta’s offers a $500 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.
Ideal Candidates…
- Have at least 1 years of line cook experience
- Are familiar with making Neapolitan style pizza or want to become Neapolitan style pizza nerds with us
- Are comfortable in an open kitchen and in customer service
- Are able to multi-task and operate in a fast paced environment with a focus on organization and cleanliness
- Are comfortable working with sourdough fermentation and dough production
- Have experience working with a wood oven and stretching pizza dough
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A positive attitude and respectful nature
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and follow instructions
- Must be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours and lift 50lbs
- Full availability including nights and weekends
