Charley Prime Foods is coming this January to Rio Lakefront in Gaithersburg, MD from Goodbar Management - the team behind Bar Charley, Little Coco's, El Chucho and the Quarry House Tavern.

Charley Prime Foods is a cocktail foward - 16 cocktails on tap! - modern, steak-centric American restaurant helmed by Chefs Adam Harvey & Russell Pike and designed by the award winning architects at Streetsense.

We are currently seeking a motivated General Manager to oversee all operations of Charley Prime including hiring, training, scheduling and maintaining a refined but casual vibe. Applicants should have a passion for service, food, wine & cocktails and a desire to grow with our company.
