Major Food Group, the team that brought you Carbone, is hiring an experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Ha Salon, Miami Beach!

The hitmakers behind Carbone and ZZ’s Club have joined forces with renowned Israeli chef Eyal Shani to bring his signature concept HaSalon to the heart of Miami Beach. When you visit, expect to experience some of the finest Mediterranean cuisines in the world and the energetic, irresistible vibe that makes this a restaurant like no other.

Our ideal candidates who will assist in carrying our culture, standards of service, and quality of food to the new location. While comparable experience is preferable, any individual with passion and love for people, food, and wine will certainly be welcomed.

Responsibilities
-This is a Managerial position: there is a high level of administration expected.
-Executing menu items from start to finish
-Managing the line and all kitchen employees
-Constantly be a mentor for all kitchen employees, training and coaching
-Assist with creating the schedule, costing, inventory, and labor controls.

Requirements:
-3 to 5 years of progressive experience in BOH Operations.
-Superior knowledge of back of house administrative duties a must
-Proven ability in teaching and mentoring kitchen employees
-Outstanding communication and supervisory skills
-Self motivated and demonstrates quick thinking
