BARTENDER
The Bartender is a dedicated member of the Service Team who works with intention and integrity to oversee each aspect of the guest experience ensuring they have a safe, hospitable experience by upholding our high standards of safety and service. Demonstrating our values and contributing to our uplifting culture. The Bar Team is responsible for preparing, creating, and delivering consistent and high-quality beverages for all the guests.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Anticipates guests joining at the bar and greets guests timely with our signature hospitality.
- Handles every aspect of the guest experience from setup to sanitize.
- Expert on the food and beverage menus. Able to impart information about our dishes and beverages and respond to questions about ingredients, preparation methods, allergies and dietary restrictions.
- Expert on the Steps of Service and consistently executes with hustle and soignée.
- Facilitates Take Away orders to guests who come in to pick-up from the bar, verifying accuracy and staying organized while providing the highest level of service and hospitality.
- Drives sales for the restaurant and guest check average by guiding guests towards perfect tickets.
- Able to efficiently prepare specialty and classic cocktails using specified recipes.
- Consistently perform every aspect of maintaining the bar, including stocking and prepping to ensure the restaurant and team is set up for success for every shift.
- Operate with efficiency, seeking to minimize wasted time and steps to enhance the guest experience.
- Demonstrate uplifting, positive and encouraging teamwork daily. Be an expert on the beverage specifications in order to educate other staff members on our offerings.
- Maintain opening, running, and closing side work throughout each shift and keep the bar clean, organized and well-stocked at all times.
- Participate in pre-shift and attend bar meetings and all staff meetings.
- Contribute and hold yourself and your teammates accountable to the standards of excellence expected. If you see something, say something.
- Contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others.
