The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable expediting food as they will be touching tables and greeting guests at the front door. We are looking for someone that possesses a hospitable and approachable demeanor combined with impeccable service standards, clean work habits and a keen attention to detail. Someone to take ownership of the restaurant; ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably every shift and every day. Responsibilites/ Requirements:
- Manage all day to day operations
- Manage payroll and FOH scheduling
- Effectively manage the restaurant, including administration of policies and guidelines of the company
- Maintain liquor and labor cost goals and take appropriate actions to meet cost targets
- Understand and execute restaurant plans to stay within budgets and maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and returning guests
- Responsible for recruiting, training, and development of all FOH positions and for maintaining the highest possible standards of service
- Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and repairs are carried out in a timely manner
- Effectively manage guest reviews, ensuring swift response times
Skills & Knowledge:
- A minimum of 3 years management experience in casual-dining restaurant
- Extensive understanding of social media
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, consisting of breakfasts, late-nights, weekends and holidays
- Effective in time management, leadership & organizational skills
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, restaurant POS systems (i.e. Toast), digital scheduling systems, and reservation systems (i.e. OpenTable) strongly recommended

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
