El Five is seeking Server candidates. We are looking for energetic, experienced & talented people to join us in our busy, challenging, and successful restaurants. Candidates must have a passion for hospitality & teamwork.
Potential service staff must have experience in elevated, chef-driven restaurant concepts, and strong foundational knowledge in most areas of both food and beverage is also required.
We have full and part time positions available.
Other requirements:
- Open availability including nights & weekends
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle a busy, high volume working environment
- Awareness and belief in strong health and cleanliness practices is a must
- must be able to lift over 20lb multiple times per shift
Starting Wage: $15.87/hour + Tips. All Servers receive full minimum wage (rather than the tipped minimum wage) and participate in a whole house tip pool. Each Server's percentage of tips will increase over time as their work history and skill set progresses.
Current Average Hourly Pay with tips: $25-29
