Basta of Id Est Hospitality Group is looking for talented support staff who are passionate about people! We are seeking individuals available for immediate hire! Prior hospitality experience is considered a plus, but not required for this role - all we require is an eagerness to learn and contribute in a team oriented environment.

- Ability to assist in support positions, including host and back waiter
- Passionate about food, wine, and people
- Excellent understanding of hospitality etiquette
- Excellent organization and planning skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to fast paced environments
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and execute proper steps of service
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Family meal, provided daily
