Rosetta Hall is seeking lead line cooks with a signing bonus! We have grown to become one of the busiest restaurants in downtown Boulder with a large indoor dining room and popular rooftop patio. Responsibilities:
- Ensures excellent product quality.
- Provide friendly, professional & welcoming customer service.
- Completing all opening & closing checklists.
- Knowledgeable of all menu items and familiarizes themself with the recipe book.
- Maintains organization behind the stall and back prep area.
- Other duties as assigned by Sous or Executive Chef
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of culinary experience.
- Able to multitask effectively and work in a fast paced environment.
- Willingness to cross-train and work in different food concepts.
- Must have open and flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
Perks & Benefits:
- $22 - $28 per hour depending on experience
- $500 signing bonus; $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months
- PTO policy for full-time employees. 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, & 3 weeks after 3 years.
