Daisies is a midwestern pasta focused restaurant that is attached to a 30 acre family owned farm, which we look to for inspiration in the seasonal ever changing menu. All pasta is hand made in house without the help of an extruder. Pasta making experience is a huge plus. There will be a heavy emphasis on pickling, preserving etc to utilize as much of the seasons produce as possible. 

3 years minimum experience in a similar position required.
