We are looking for:

* Individuals who are well-versed in craft and classic cocktails and seasoned in high-volume service

* Knowledge of sanitation laws and regulations. Basset and food handlers certified 

*  a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow with this ever-evolving industry

* at least 3 years of serving experience in a fast-paced, chef-driven restaurant 

* a full understanding of global wine, craft beer, and cocktails

* a focus & drive in hospitality

* full weekend availability
