The Facilities Director is responsible for ensuring that the Restaurant and Property are well maintained.
Manage Restaurant engineering issues with appropriate response and action, implement and support critical quality standards, and ensure appropriate response and prioritization.
Will schedule and manage employees in the department, approve time cards, complete PTO, Late/Absent, Disciplinary forms, Change forms for promotions and raises, and Termination forms.
Will hire/fire, discipline, recommend/give raises and promotions to staff.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding maintenance and cleaning services.
Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing and cleaning ice machines, walk-in coolers, freezers and refrigeration.
Able to communicate effectively with management team, supervisors, and staff.
Basic knowledge of Electricity and Plumbing
HVAC and Refrigeration troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance experience.
Work with a Computerized Maintenance Management System to process work orders and prioritize them for the needs of the restaurant.
Must be able to work extended shifts of 10 hours or more as business dictates.
Must be flexible with schedule and able to work different shifts as needed.
