We are seeking to hire dynamic and experienced Sous Chefs to join our award winning hospitality team at Michelin Starred Chef Shaun Hergatt's REN Restaurant, opening in Brooklyn, Fall of 2022.Qualified candidates should have a minimum 1 year management level experience. An interest in seasonally driven menu items is a must. This position is responsible for menu and recipe development for all meal periods and special events. Candidate must have an NYC food handlers’ certificate and be able to manage a team of cooks, emphasizing organization and cleanliness.
