- has a great attitude and is malleable to the growing pains of a startup.
- works well in a small, tightly knit team.
- meets the physical demands required for working in a taproom including but not limited to standing, walking, bending, and cleaning for up to 10 hours, lifting and moving up to 50lbs, and moving full kegs.
- has weekend availability.
- has the ability to multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
