One of Midtown Atlanta's most popular restaurant is expanding BIG in 2022! We are looking for EXPERIENCED SOUS CHEFS! Exciting things are coming in 2022 and we need new team members to help with our success!

The prestigious 5Church Atlanta, voted "Best Restaurant" in Jezebel Magazine, is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee all aspects of the daily operation management of the kitchen and food production areas. The Sous Chef will report to and work with the Executive Chef to create, develop and maintain the highest standards in the kitchen. The Sous Chef is expected to establish and enforce food specifications, portion control, recipes and sanitation. Cuisine is New American. In addition, the Sous Chef is responsible for assisting in coordinating, supervising, and directing all aspects of the company's food production while maintaining profitable F&B operations and high quality products.

Qualifications:

- Culinary degree preferred
- Previous supervisor responsibility is required
- Must have thorough knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques of large catered functions
- Must have knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, Health Department rules and regulations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule that will include weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent organizational and communicational skills
- Must have the ability to assist in creating and developing new, creative menu

Compensation: Salary ($40,000.00 - $60,000.00)
