Job Details

Rosetta Hall is looking for an Executive Chef! This person oversees the day to day operations of our food hall and orchestrates the development of menus in all eight of our concepts. Our ideal candiate thrives in a busy, multifaceted restaurant. They are a true mentor and enjoy working side by side with the cooks and chefs. 

Overview

  • Curates a world class, diverse product mix consisting of accessible, sales driven, crowd pleasing dishes as well as upscale, artistic dishes.
  • Upholds excellent product quality by conducting daily line checks, food tastings, stall cleanliness & organization inspections.
  • Mentors Chef de Cuisine's to be creative.
  • Works with the Culinary Director (CD) to cost out new menus & recipes.
  • Assists the CD with interviewing & hiring all BOH positions.
  • Adhering to the processes established by the HR Department including: onboarding, employee reviews, employee corrections, quarterly reviews, transferring Employees, promotions & dismissals.
  • Assists the CD with employee development & training programs.
  • Stays current with global industry trends by researching & developing dishes relevant to the 8 different concepts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills.
  • Minimum 10 years in a culinary leadership position.
  • Ability to manage the pressures of coordinating a range of cuisines and recommending and executing appropriate solutions.
  • Proven passion for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $90,000.00)
