Job Details

ilili, the premiere institution of Lebanese food culture and hospitality in NYC, opened it's first DC location in the Wharf! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary operations and team for our D.C. location.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of culinary management experience in an upscale to fine dining, high volume restaurant required
  • Previous Lead Line Cook experience required
  • Culinary certificate or degree preferred but not required 
  • Knowledge of both classic culinary techniques and current industry trends a must
  • Proven success managing and mentoring team members a must
  • Ability to multi-task and remain cool under pressure a must
  • Knowledge of Lebanese culture and cuisine is not required, but an interest to learn is a must
