Job Details

We are looking for a passionate chef with creativity, positive attitude and willing to learn and teach other chefs in the kitchen. We work with the best products that we can possibly source and showcase the product's potential. We butcher all our own meats in house sourcing whole pasture raised pigs; breaking them down for charcuterie and sausages and primal cuts for the menu. We ferment, cure, and cook honest food, while most importantly having fun in what we do!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with ches in the preparation and design of all food menus
  • Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
  • Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers 

Skills

  • Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • time management
  • Candidates must have their own set of knifes and conduct in a positive professional manner – (Good Vibes Only Apply)

After two and a half decades of working in Atlanta's top kitchens, Koval has continued to embrace his community which has supported him throughout his career. Chef Koval was nominated Star Chefs Sustainable chefs award in 2012 and has been featured on Food Networks top rated shows Chopped and Diners Drive ins and Dives. Chef Koval also received the Georgia Organics farmers champion award in 2020, 2021 and 2022 as well as continues to support Wholesome Wave Ga., Slow Food Ga.
