Objective: The general manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the restaurant, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance. The general manager is accountable for performance versus performance targets. They ensure continuous improvement in restaurant performance. Ensures a superior hospitality and culinary experience for all dining guests. Consistently identifies, implements, and reinforces operational standards, procedures and systems to ensure a superior guest hospitality experience.This position, in parrtnership with the executive chef, will be tasked with executing a hybrid food service model with highly elevated standards. Full servie digning, QSR and app-based ordering and delivery are all included in this business modelThe succesful candidate will be responsible for the consumer journey in all of these areas.Previous experience with financial reporting to clients is essentail.
Compensation: Salary ($83,000.00 - $93,000.00)
