Manzke Restaurant, LA's newest fine dining establishment from Chefs Walter and Margarita Manzke, is a hiring a Full Time Food Runner.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain Food Quality and Standards working with the Chef to ensure all our dishes are presented perfectly to standard before leaving the kitchen
• Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required.
• Retrieve order from the kitchen, confirm the accuracy, lift and deliver to guest, along with appropriate condiments.  
• Careful transportation of orders on trays between the 2nd floor kitchen and the 3rd floor dining space.  Candidates must be able to walk stairs.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, respond promptly and courteously to any requests
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs for the restaurant such as holidays and weekends
• Other duties as assigned by Managers.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year fine dining experience is preferrred, but we will train positive, outgoing candidates who are new to the industry.
• A strong belief in the art of hospitality and the desire to create meaningful guest experiences.
• Possess a Food Handler's certification or are in the process of attaining this certification.
