Bakery Sous Chef 
 
 
We are a bakery in Park Slope, Brooklyn seeking a full time Bakery Sous Chef . The bakery menu consists of cakes, cookies, bars, and other popular desserts. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:

-Must be able to manage a small team: daily production list and periodic daily check-ins
-Baking and pastry degree preferred but not necessary
-Minimum 3 years Pastry and Baking experience
-Stacking and building cakes
- Daily inventory of case and cake items
-Bakery production of baking and preparing batters and doughs
-Purchasing experience is a plus
-Team player attitude & work ethic
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Receiving phone calls, talking with customers, and taking cake orders

Compensation Details
