Daily Provisions is looking for a Barista to join their growing team!

Daily Provisions is your neighborhood cafe with everything you need throughout the day to dine in or take away. We open early in the morning with fresh baked goods and breakfast sandwiches. Throughout the afternoon and evening, we offer made-to-order sandwiches, slow-roasted rotisserie chicken, seasonal sides, and a selection of beer and wine to toast the day.

Who you are: Baristas are responsible for the preparation of coffee beverages for the entire restaurant. The ideal candidate must thrive in a high volume environment, while working closely with their co-workers in a team oriented atmosphere.

 What you'll do:

• Possess a passion for coffee and ability to prepare classic espresso beverages (cappuccinos, macchiatos, cortados etc.), as well as a familiarity with current trends in the specialty coffee and tea industry.
• Demonstrate an ability to dial in espresso and pull great shots consistently with the ability to create latte art
• Work with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Interact and communicate with all colleagues and guests with genuine hospitality

• Medical: Each of our PPO plans is designed to help you meet your healthcare needs and manage expenses for you (and your dependents) including the option to use in-network or out-of network providers. Our medical insurance offers three different options to employees with USHG sharing the cost of the premium with enrolled employees.

• Dental Insurance: USHG offers two dental policies: an in-network plan, and an out-of-network plan. • Flexible Spending Accounts: All employees who have completed 12 months of continuous, full-time employment may elect to set up Flexible Spending Accounts in January of each year. Flexible Spending Accounts allow employees to defer pre-tax income to pay for certain eligible expenses including health care costs not covered by health insurance, transportation to work, and qualified child care expenses. Flexible Spending allows you to increase the income you take home by reducing the amount of taxes you pay for qualified expenses.

• Direct Deposit: We offer direct deposit of paychecks to your financial institution at no cost to you. You may sign up for direct deposit at any time.
