RESTAURANT MANAGERS

Looking to make a move and join a vibrant and growing restaurant group?
Iconic Piccino restaurant is looking for talented restaurant managers.

Piccino, a favorite staple in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco is growing and looking for passionate hospitality professionals.
With the addition of two private dining rooms and a bar, there are a number of opportunities for growth and advancement for the right individuals. The position will be a rewarding job for the right candidate who is enthusiastic about hospitality. Ideal candidates will have a keen attention to details, clear ability to solve problems, can supervise staff during busy lunch/dinner services and communicate well.

Required Skills and Competencies
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to foster a team environment
• Clear and effective communicator
• Able to solve problems and manage conflicts with poise and professionalism
• Maintain and project a positive and supportive attitude
• Ability to set goals and manage priorities
• Flexible and the ability toe multitask
• Experience in Google Suite of products
• Maintain cool and collected demeanor in high energy environments: dining room, private events spaces, Bar, outdoor patios
• Support GM in specific projects as well as daily activities as the business requires
• Understand, foster and be a champion of our Piccino culture focused on achieving excellence in the customers’ experience.
• Be comfortable with normal physical requirements of a restaurant/Bar (able to lift, walk/stand long hours, move across crowded/ busy areas safely, etc).
• Base understanding of restaurant financial terms, objective and goals

Preferred skills
• Experienced in Toast, Tripleseat, Resy platforms
• Knowledge and appreciation of Italian food and wines

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($71,000.00 - $76,000.00)
