Will be opening end of 2022 in Williamsburg. this is immediate hiring as they want to find the right person that can join the team and be fully part of the pre-opening.

This is a very hands-on role as for them is important to someone that is involved with service and truly embraces hospitality in the inner core.

the company is an independent and growing hospitality group that started with the super successful exclusive resort in the Caribbean and is expanding to LONDON and NYC Market.

Salary:

Very Competitive and based on experience.

THE ROLE and what they are really looking for/Job Description:

We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial and experienced Food and Beverage General Manager, to oversee the forecasting, planning, and controlling of our F&B’s, during our pre-opening and then operations.

MAIN DUTIES

  • Oversee opening of property
  • Develop and implement operating procedure
  • Develop and execute long term training plan for the development of the operation and personnel
  • Build a profitable and sustainable business that meets or exceeds budget
  • Develop and execute operational budgets [in collaboration with finance]
  • Recruit a personality driven team for front facing team
  • Recruit a strong operational team
  • Develop strong back and front of office house operations
  • Build strong controls
  • Build a team truly passionate hospitality team
  • Develop and maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Develop and maintain a high level focus on the presentation throughout the property with an acute awareness of what is visible to the guest
  • Develop experience based hospitality based on moments and details and staff engagement with guests and members
  • Develop a culture based on care for details, presentation and pride
  • Drive profitability whilst maintaining an excellent guest experience
  • Build a strong highly motivated culture that is accountable
  • Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
  • Build an operation that is based on exceptional guest experience
  • Build lasting relationships with guests • Leading accountability for growing membership from zero to a strong membership base
  • Develop and implement systems to adhere to food, health and safety standards
  • Work in collaboration with entrepreneurial founding team
