Job Details
We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at Saint Theos a Grandtour Hospitality venture. We've been open for almost a year and this spot continues to be incredibly busy. We take the art of dining quite seriously and see it as the experience of the evening. It's all in the detail.

Candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and organization, excels in leading and mentoring a healthy and productive team. Good attitude, problem solving skills and ability to manage a team of over 20 employees is a must. This position will include administrative duties such as scheduling, payroll, purchasing, production management and internal communications. BOH MGMT Team is to consist of an Executive chef, Exec Sous, a morning sous and two junior sous. 

The Ideal Culinary Candidate must possess also the following:

Previous experience in Italian cooking, great work ethic and thoughtful approach. 
Proven ability to expedite busy dinner and lunch service. 
Ability to coordinate tasks and complete projects in a timely manner, and ensure the same for the kitchen team.
Must possess a sense of urgency and be willing to assist others in reaching their goals.
Work flexibility and a positive attitude

Full time position / 5 days a week
