We're seeking a floor manager to assist in overseeing daily services at Petit Trois. You will be working directly with the current to elevate the guest experience, create efficient systems, motivate staff and set expectations for every service.
We are an all-day, chef driven concept. We have a strong commitment to French bistro fare and work daily to bring a slice of France to Los Angeles!
