Job Details

Responsible for implementation of retail business strategies and assists in the development of new retail culinary business growth plans and expansion.  Ensure that high quality culinary standards are in place, implemented and consistently maintained. 

Responsible for managing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of the BOH operational performance for the Retail Restaurant and Catering business.  Manages retail production activities in alignment and integration with the student training program. 

Direct and oversee production of all meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations, staff member productivity, cost controls and overall profitability.  Manages BOH execution of restaurant service and culinary operations.  Ensures alignment and maintenance of retail food philosophy with quality, standards, and safety.
