We are hiring a Service Director at Moon Rabbit
We are looking for someone who leads with kindness in every interaction and who will be warm and welcoming to colleagues and guests alike.

- Has fine dining management experience
- Has experience selling wine - no special certification required, but would be a bonus
- Loves food, drink and taking care of people.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Creating onboarding and training materials and systems for our FOH team members
- Managing continued education for the staff
- Directing service and the FOH team, mastering the reservation system
- Coordinating menu changes with the kitchen
- Creating FOH schedules
- Collaborating with Executive Chef and Director of F&B to ensure goals are aligned

The schedule is five days a week and typically 50-55 hours per week.
We are looking for someone with full availability. The restaurant will be open seven nights a week for dinner and eventually for lunch 7 days as well. (currently 4 days)
