Restaurant Aleksandar is seeking a Sous Chef for either AM or PM service
The Sous Chef is responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items in assitance to the Exec Chef. Their duties include hiring and training staff to cook their dishes, expediting orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu. We are looking to give the right people a creative and supportive platform. This position has a flexible starting salary range of $55,000 per year. We offer employer paid health benefits, bi-annual bonus structure, paid time off, and 401k. We have a deep respect for work/life balance. This position reports directly to the Executive Chef.
