While each restaurant has its own leadership team, we co-manage the spaces. Our Dining Room Managers have a role to play at each: leading services, inspiring teams, charming guests, solving problems, and applying our universal principles.

The Dining Room Manager is primarily an on-the-floor role with a premium on communication, quick thinking, and confident action. We offer plenty of support in our pursuit of excellence in execution, education and organization.
Successful candidates have a keen eye for detail, can communicate constructively, are articulate about their personal experiences, love food and drink, and are moved by great hospitality. It could be a great position for a restaurant manager looking to take a next step.
