Pizzeria Delfina seeks a determined floor manager to join our amazing team. Owned by industry icon, Anne Stoll, and James Beard Award-winning Chef, Craig Stoll, Delfina Restaurant Group is a learning-community with a basic belief in structured training, leadership and education in a supportive, high-energy work environment. Located in the downtown Palo Alto, we serve an Italian-inspired, seasonally-driven menu, shaped by the best locally sourced ingredients. Candidates should have at least two years experience in a fine-dining, fast-paced environment either in a management role, or be an experienced lead server or captain looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for dynamic, dedicated leaders with a strong commitment to service excellence, attention to detail, direct communication skills, and a passion for food and wine. Applicants must also possess a determined ability to coach and effectively manage a small hardworking team. A basic understanding of inventory and labor controls are ideal, but can also be trained as long as there is a willingness to learn.
