Join the experience as we are seeking talented team members to bring our two exciting new restaurants to life at The Quoin Hotel in downtown Wilmington. We will be opening a crafted cocktail focused speakeasy called Simmer Down along with a Mediterranean influenced wood-fired menu at The Quoin Restaurant.

We are paying a $500 hiring bonus!!! *To be eligible, you must be employed for 60 days, and 30 days following the opening of the restaurants.

Back of House Jobs Available:

Sous Chefs, Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Cleaners, Butchers, Pastry Cooks

519 N. Market St., on the National Historic Registry, is the address of the former Security Trust & Safe Company Building, a two-story Victorian Romanesque brownstone designed by Frank Furness, and is now a 24 room boutique hotel that offers multiple dining amenities.

The restaurant design have been melded with features and fixtures from local makers that reflect the building’s original era, features a dining room adorned with warm wood accents, plush upholstered banquets, an illuminating ceiling design, and features an open kitchen showcasing a wood-fired oven & grill focusing on Italian-influenced, wood-fired cuisine that emphasizes the smokiness and char of the wood burning oven & grill. Serving a casual, yet sophisticated & seasonally driven menu, The Quoin is helmed by esteemed chef Jim Burke.

In addition to the Restaurant, The Quoin will be the home of a 45 seat speakeasy style cocktail bar, that will feature an extensive list of signature crafted cocktails, paying homage to the city’s history and former famous resident’s.
