The Salt Line is looking for Servers! Very busy established restaurant with beautiful waterfront location across from Nats Stadium. Spring is right around the corner and we are looking to boost our team! Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Positions available. 

Very fun and lucrative position for the right candidate. Our team works hard, takes pride in what we do, treats our guests like friends, and has fun while doing it! Ideal candidates have both fine dining and high volume experience; are reliable, efficient and organized; are excellent TEAM players (pooled house),  take genuine pride in a job well done and enjoy providing truly memorable guest experiences. Candidates bring a positive and professional approach to the position and possess a genuine passion and enthusiasm for hospitality and the restaurant business.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ideally 1-2 years of relevant high volume/upscale dining server experience
• Basic professional level of knowledge of food, beverage and wine service
• Positive attitude and friendly disposition
• Professional, punctual, reliable
• Team oriented mindset - we are a pooled house
• Minimum of three shifts of availability
• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors
• Seasonal candidates welcome
