Job Details
Executive Sous Chef, wide culinary experience, traditional and modern cooking techniques. Solid on management of BoH, such as scheduling, ordering, inventory, recipes etc... Preferably fluent in English and Spanish. 
Will assist the Executive Chef in building our culinary offer, help cohordinate with the floor before and during service. 
Sunday to Thursday (Friday and Saturday off).

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00)
