Job Details

-The Empellón group is opening its first ever New American concept in Midtown Manhattan. We are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to lead our opening.

-Empellón is a growing restaurant group soon to have 8 locations open in Manhattan.  

-Our new restaurant will be creatively driven and confluent. 

-It will serve lunch and dinner, as well as elaborate tasting menus at our Chefs table.

-The new Chef will work closely with Alex Stupak to set the creative direction of the menus.

Qualified candidates will have:

-Minimum 7 Years Combined Comparable Experience Working In High Volume/Fine Dining Kitchens.

-2+ Years In A Kitchen Management Position.

Compensation:

-Salaried 75- 80k

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $80,000.00)
