As our Executive Chef, you will work with our Culinary Director to curate world class & diverse dishes for our culinary concepts. Our unique restaurant features eight separate outlets, each with a different menu, team and cuisine. Everyday you will prepare, cook & expedite excellent food, interact with guests to explain dishes to them & provide friendly customer service. You will lead a team of two to three sous chefs and assist them in the day to day operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to stretch your culinary talents and grow as a chef mentor.
To thrive in this role, you must be team oriented and a great communicator. You should also be able to showcase an in-depth knowledge of cooking styles, ingredients, equipment and processes. Being well versed in a variety of cuisines and passionate about expanding that knowledge is also essential. You must be able to teach and train young cooks, help them develop in to culinary professionals that will enrich our restaurant and the industry at large.
