OTOTO, the sister restaurant of Sushi Den(One of the selected James Beard’s top restaurants), is looking for a Sous Chef to elevate our guest's experience.
Responsible for running the kitchen operations of a high-volume, fine dining establishment. Tracking and maintaining food inventory. Follow a predetermined menu and create special menu selections. Training and managing kitchen personnel and coordinating all related culinary activities.
Culinary training from the accreted culinary institute – Preferred
Experience with strong communication skills and leadership experience.
Experience managing menu costs and labor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00)
