A clever collision of Retro meets Modern, Industrial meets Art Deco set the stage for a unique and adventurous dining experience. Highly acclaimed French culinary Chef David Deshaies of Central is inspired by comfort food from around the globe. Timeless favorites are elevated with creative, innovative flavors and masterful modern techniques. Classically inspired craft cocktails also boast a modern twist and sit alongside a craft beer and unconventional wine list.

 

We are currently looking to bring on board Front of the House managers of all levels, including General Manager, Assistant General Manager and floor managers as well!

Unconventional Hospitality sets the stage for a new style of dining. We carry fine dining ideals and practices in a trendy yet relaxed atmosphere while offering quality food and beverage at a comfortable value.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume restaurant (GM&AGM)

- Strong leadership and strategic management skills

- Ability to drive performance and success of the restaurant and staff

- Prior experience with Toast, Resy, and Margin Edge is preferred

- Prior experience managing, developing and training on a service program

- And most importantly, a Good Attitude!

Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience)
