CLAUDIA is looking for cooks who are passionate about their craft to join our growing team!

Reports to:
Sous Chefs, Executive Chef 

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages daily tasks for prep or service in an efficent manor
  • Ensure that company procedures and standards are met
  • Maintaining clean and organized workspaces and communal areas
  • Seeks out ways to assist all teammates to help in any way possible (prep, cleaning, service, etc.)
  • Maintain an open line of communication with management staff to be successful for service

 Qualifications

  • Accurate knife skills
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and standards
  • Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure  
  • Experience with a variety of cooking styles and techniques
  • Ability to adapt and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to lift at least 40 lbs and walk up and down flights of stairs regularly
  • Proof of vaccination
