We’re opening a new restaurant in Greenpoint by McCarren Park in June 2022: Cool World, serving simple American food with warm, unpretentious hospitality under the direction of Chef Quang Nguyen (Wildair, Cosme, Má Pêche).

We’re hoping to hire folks who have 1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen (bonus points for experience with an opening) and open schedules (weekend shifts are likely a must). The food will take inspiration from the brasseries that defined New York in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, merging that straightforward sensibility and service with the excellent produce and vast range of culinary influences at our fingertips here in New York.
