Chef ANDREW CARMELLINI and the front-of-house management team are seeking AM SERVERS to join them at LEUCA.
LEUCA, a neighborhood restaurant serving Chef Andrew Carmellini's Southern Italian-inspired menu in the heart of Williamsburg at The William Vale. LEUCA offers a menu of wood-fired coastal Italian dishes, and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ideal candidates possess:
*Ability to manage high volume in a popular restaurant.
*Comfort in a fast-paced environment.
*Warmth and graciousness with the ability to create stellar guest experiences.
*Full responsibility for food and beverage knowledge; Micros POS experience a plus.
*Great communication skills.
*Flexible availability on nights and weekends.
